MAYFIELD PARK RESIDENCE VACATION RENTAL RATES AND PAYMENT POLICY

RENTAL FEE:
DAILY RENTAL : USD 50 � Inclusive of all Utility charges
WEEKLY RENTAL : USD 300 � Inclusive of all Utility charges
MONHTLY RENATL : USD 1050 � Inclusive of all utility charges

SECURITY DEPOSIT / BOND:
DAILY RENTAL : USD 150.00
WEEKLY RENTAL : USD 150.00
MONTHLY RENTAL : USD 300.00

Please note that the quoted rates are in US Dollars there maybe some difference due to fluctuating exchange rates
� In order to book the condo a Reservation Fee of USD 100 is required in order to hold the booking payable on reservation, this is deductible from the rental.
� Payments may be made via CASH, Credit Card or e-check via PAYPAL, Bank Transfer or Western Union with hundreds of branches worldwide
� As is our policy this deposit is non refundable in the event of cancellation of your booking
� On payment of Reservation Fee, a Receipt and Booking confirmation details and Arrival procedure will be made via email
� The Balance must be received 2 weeks before the arrival date or at the time of reservation
� In the event that you make your booking less than 2 weeks of your planned occupancy date, both Rental Fee and Security Bond must be paid in full amount in 1 payment
� We cannot turn over the keys until the full amount is fully paid (Rental Fee and Security Bond)
� Failure to receive the Full payment on time, the booking will be treated as cancelled.
� The Security Bond is Fully Refundable and held until after your occupancy, allowing time for condo audit. Deductions will be made for any damages or missing items.
� The use of property by more than the number of allowed persons is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental, unless permission is given by the owner.

CHECK IN : 12:00pm / CHECK OUT : 1:00 pm

� ELECTRICITY & WATER CONSERVATION IS A MUST
� SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE CONDO, ONLY ON THE BALCONY
� WE REGRET THAT FAMILY PETS AND ANIMALS ARE NOT INVITED INSIDE THE CONDO

SUV Rental with Driver : USD 60.00 (All day around Manila)
Meet & Pick up from Airport : USD 40.00
(Approximately 30-40 minutes from the Airport depending on the traffic)
Complete flight details and Arrival time are required so we can give the details to the Driver

ARRIVAL / KEY PICK UP / DEPARTURE:
We need notification by email or by phone of your intended arrival time so we can inform the Security.
On the day of your arrival, our apartments Manager will meet you at the apartment to hand over the keys.
On the day of departure, our apartments Manager will meet you at the apartment to confirm the apartment`s condition and collect the key and arrange to return the deposit.
